Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tauheed Zakah Fintech Solution Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the type of service provided. If a client wishes to cancel a consulting or advisory service, the request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a 50% cancellation fee. For legal and compliance services, cancellations may not be possible once documentation preparation or filing has commenced. In the case of financial planning services, cancellations requested before the delivery of the initial plan are eligible for a refund, excluding administrative fees. To request a cancellation, clients must contact the support team with their service details and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the nature and stage of service completion. If a service has been paid for but not yet started, clients may receive a full refund. If a service is partially completed, refunds will be prorated according to the work completed, deducting any non-recoverable expenses. Fully completed services are non-refundable. Refund requests will be reviewed, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to their nature. This includes customized legal documents once the drafting process has started, regulatory filings after submission to relevant authorities, and third-party fees such as government filing charges, which are non-recoverable.

Modifications and Amendments

Tauheed Zakah Fintech Solution Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
